I go to websites across the world wide web and find that so many of them are insecure! Also known as Not Secure, which is helpfully announced in the address bar of many browsers. If you go to your own website and you see those words, or it starts with Http and not Https then that means you need to procure an SSL certificate for your site. Your host should have information on what that is and whether you qualify for it for free or need to pay a fee.
Note the little padlock next to my URL. That’s a good sign.
It’s important to make sure you take care of this little matter soon because it could be affecting your business, your SEO, the trust of those going to your site, etc. If you have no idea what I’m talking about get in touch and I’ll help you out!
I’ve designed some good ones like The Retirement Answer, Liquidity and You, and this one that I’m sure will be your beachside favorite, International Tax, and Compliance Handbook! (OK, maybe not 🙂 But other than those suggestions (which I did read, due to designing them) here are some I’ve read that I didn’t need to but found really helpful:
The Big Leap by Gay Hendricks, You are a Badass at Making Money by Jen Sincero, The Referral of a Lifetime by Tim Templeton, Profit First by Mike Michalowicz
The International Tax & Compliance Handbook I designed for the author.
All are good for those with their own businesses. If you’ve read any of them or want to know more about why I liked them contact me or leave a comment!
