That’s the step where I listen carefully to all your challenges so I get a thorough understanding of your company and where my design expertise can solve these issues. Next I take all I’ve learned plus samples you’ve sent of what you like/dislike and what you have currently and I design some options you can choose from. After you choose the option and make all your changes (3 are included) then I validate that every request and detail is covered before step four. That’s when you get the files you need. But not only that. I also turn over to you all final files so you have them for future projects you may have executed with or without my help. (I also keep copies in case you misplace them!)
